Teen Eating Disorder Recovery Center Suggests Writing to Aid in Recovery


Teens who are battling an eating disorder tend to shut down when it comes to communication, not only with their friends and loved ones, but with themselves as well. And while it feels good to not have to talk about the issues they’re facing, that lack of openness ultimately hinders their recovery efforts.
